We have extensive experience in financial analysis, property acquisition, and government programs used to create subsidized multifamily and home ownership projects.

We have an extensive and proven track record in land use matters such as development planning, zoning, environmental remediation and obtaining government approvals.

Government Land Acquisition & Disposition

The partners have broad experience with the acquisition and disposition of property on behalf of government. This knowledge includes site selection, environmental and land use approvals, eminent domain and leasing and sales programs.

Community Development

We specialize in community development through working with local residents, government and institutions to reach consensus regarding complicated land use issues.
